International LGBTI+ rights charities who are able to offer direct practical assistance to communities affected by this, such as GiveOut (who support grassroots activists across the world, including in Africa) and Rainbow Railroad (who help LGBTQI+ people to escape state-sponsored violence).
International LGBTI+ rights charities who work to grow the movement of grassroots activists across the world and are able to advocate both with the UK Government and internationally, such as Kaleidoscope Trust.
Gay Switchboard, and the Terence Higgins Trust will also advise.

Sustainable Communities
LGBTQIA+ United Hearts support group – Sustainable Communities
The ‘LGBTQIA+ United Hearts’ support group meets weekly from 5.30 pm to 7.30pm on Tuesdays in community premises in Kings Cross/ St Pancras. The group is free and open to all LGBTQIA+ persons from Greater London. It will provide group support across cultures with a focus on supporting victims of domestic abuse.
Naz and Matt Foundation
A small charity supporting vulnerable LGBTQI+ individuals from religious and culturally conservative families, and also parents from the same backgrounds. The majority of our clients are of South Asian heritage, with over 90% from Muslim families. But we also support clients from Christian and Jewish backgrounds too. We provide confidential and comprehensive 1-2-1 support and mentoring via telephone and email, and we host two monthly support groups in London.
